Core & Floating in Sun Salutations
Today we’ll warm up with a little flow and then find the float in our sun salutations. This is one of the most challenging things in most everyone’s practice - I’m still working toward landing softly on the jump back to chaturanga, as well as the soft float forward from downward dog to the top of the mat. But that’s what’s beautiful about this practice...it’s a journey. You can also choose to use yoga blocks under your hands for hops (forward and back). And psssst: don’t take yourself too seriously. It’s just yoga.
