Postural Fitness 9: Hip Rotation and Core (15 min)
Useful props: a block, a light weight, a resistance band and a wall
Let’s work on hip mobility and strength: specifically flexion, and internal and external rotation. And of course, we add a bit of core work to round things out. Remember each of these sessions builds on previous work, so check out the earlier “Postural Fitness” videos if you need a little refresher.
