Foot Exercise: Pronation for Stability
This exercise will help you to understand pronation of the foot. Pressing into the big toe mound, we work on feeling the foot flatten on the ground, and then we actively work to lift the arch keeping the toes connected (but not gripping). If you feel imbalanced when standing on one foot, or if you walk/run/hike, this is a wonderful and simple movement to help you build strength and stability in the feet.
