Empowered Flow - Foot Focus! (55 mins) 5/21/21

 

This practice is intended to help you feel your FEET! We begin with foot massage and then really focus on the pressure of our feet in balance poses. You may want to consider doing the “Pronation Work” video in the Functional Mobility Section also.
