HIIT Yoga & Downdog Tuck Hops

 

Want to get your heart rate up? How about some HIIT Yoga...it's a thing, and it's awesome. Today's drill will help you spike the heart rate and build stamina and strength for our handstand variation-o-day (tuck handstand from downward dog).
