Ab Work & Toe-Wrist Taps

 

Ab work...love it or hate it, we’ve gotta do it. The more you can cinch up the belly while still being able to breathe deeply, the more easily your handstand will develop. The handstand variation today is more of a drill. But what I love about it is how it moves the weight of the body into the hands. If you're working toward press handstand, do this handstand drill regularly! It gets your hips above your shoulders, engages the legs and activates the core -- oh so much!
