Adductors/Abductors & Wide-Legged Handstand
We've more than halfway through our challenge! Now we have the basic tools of handstand to know how to get upside down, so let's start playing with different leg variations. In today's variation we are challenging ourselves with widening the legs. This means you've got to stretch the inner thigh muscles and strengthen the outer thigh muscles. With legs in an abducted position, finding balance in today’s handstand variation may be more achievable, thanks to our lower limbs counterbalancing.
