Empowered Flow - Slower Flow (37 mins) 9/16/21

 

This is not our typical Empowered Flow class, so be prepared to slow your movement down and shelf the need to “play your edge” as we do in most power classes.

We start with glute rolling and then progress to leg work. This is a great class to do after a run, cycle, hike or long walk. It’s important that we don’t immediately stretch after these activities, but find muscular engagement, which will support our activities.
