Peak Three meets Dirty 30!

Peak Three features three movements (plyometric, isometric and flow). This specific practice has four different sequences that we do on each side - just one round of HIIT, but feel free to extend the work and repeat the HIIT portion twice. No ‘push’ in this class.

Warm-up: start-3:45

HIIT Yoga: 3:45- 22:15

Abs/Push: 22:15-27:00

Cool-down/rest: 27:00-end
