Peak Three - (32 mins) 9/7/21

 

“Peak 3” is a slightly different format than our typical Peak Power classes. In Peak 3, we do 3 different movement in each sequence: plyometric, isometric and vinyasa flow. Then we do the other side. There are three different sequences altogether, and no PUSH. Only 30 minutes! Let’s do this!
