Our typical Peak Power class with the addition of another round of “hard work.” If you only want to do one round of the HIIT Yoga, I’ll cue you when to skip to the abs/core section.

Warm-up: start-4:45
HIIT Yoga Round 1: 4:45-18:30
HIIT Yoga Round 2 (optional): 18:30-31:00
Abs/Push: 31:00-41:00
Cool-down/rest: 41:00-end

Useful props: light weights, a yoga block, a towel (if on hardwood floors, or a plastic disc/paper plate if on carpet), a wall
