Peak Three BONUS offer two rounds of our movements. Remember, we do Plyometric, isometric (with optional add-ones) and flow in each sequence.

If you are rushed for time, do one round, and modify as needed. You can skip ahead to the abs section instead of doing the second round of HIIT - see below for time codes

Props: light weights, yoga blocks and a small towel to glide

Warm-up: start-3:45

HIIT Yoga Round 1: 3:45-19:45

HIIT Yoga Round 2: 19:45-36:45

Abs: 35:45-43:00

Cool-down/rest: 43:00-end
