Empowered Flow - Arm Balance Fun (49 min) 7/30/21

 

We will be expanding our lumbar spine while also focusing on engaging our abdominals, and working on external and internal hip rotation. All this prep will be useful in working on crow pose jumpbacks and forearm stand. The practice can be down-leveled to NOT include the arm balances.
